Hiher Talent was built from years of working inside the tech and talent industry seeing firsthand what great hiring looks like, and more importantly, what it doesn’t.
After watching volume-driven recruiters treat candidates like CVs and clients like transactions, I knew there had to be a better way. I founded Hiher Talent on a simple belief: exceptional talent deserves exceptional representation, and the right hire can change everything for a business and a career.
But this is about more than business. Hiher Talent was born from a deeper purpose a genuine drive to tackle youth unemployment by opening doors for young people into the tech, data, and AI industries, where opportunity is abundant but access is not.
Today, I partner closely with both clients and candidates, bringing a human, honest and insight-led approach to every search. Hiher Talent is boutique by design, built to go deeper, move faster and deliver better without ever losing sight of the people at the centre of every hire.

Right now, that means you work directly with me: your dedicated partner in tech, data and AI hiring. I bring hands-on industry experience, a strong network across Africa and beyond, and a deep understanding of what ‘great’ looks like in modern teams.
